Supplier agents are responsible for the accuracy of worker profiles, documents and availability information. Employers are responsible for their job requirements, decisions, communications and payments. Jobstream.my may review, suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms, create risk or fail required verification.
Service fees, payment terms, worker requests and final supply arrangements are subject to the fees and terms shown in the relevant account, invoice or supply request. No party may use another party's private information outside the legitimate purpose of the platform.
These draft terms must be reviewed and approved for your business by a qualified legal adviser before public launch.
